If you return an unused and resalable product in its original condition with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase (or delivery, where applicable), we will be happy to exchange the product or issue a refund using the original method of payment. For purchases made via Debit/Credit card, the refund must be processed using the same card. Please note that special order products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty, and must be paid for in full.
We will gladly exchange items within 30 days, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. If you exchange for a product of lesser value, the difference will be refunded as a gift voucher or in-store credit.
If the product you purchased is faulty or not as described, we will offer a suitable solution such as an exchange, repair, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
Exclusions: This policy does not apply to bikes, which can only be exchanged. However, we offer a 30-day test ride guarantee for bicycles. To ensure you’ve chosen the right bike, you can cycle it for 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied during this period, simply return the bicycle in undamaged condition, and we will provide a full credit towards a new selection.
Online Purchasing
Returning an item bought online from Wheelworx is simple. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt, we will process a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding any shipping fees, to the original payment method used.
Wheelworx does not accept liability for consequential loss, nor for injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to misuse, neglect, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, maintenance or repair of the product. Wheelworx does not accept liability for loss, injury or damage caused by the use or the product in a manner not designed, recommended nor intended by the manufacturer. Wheelworx reserves the right to modify its products without altering the appropriate user manuals.
The user/purchaser is waiving the seller any responsibility for any damage or injury incurred as a result of riding any of our products.
Parent supervision is mandatory for any persons intending to use our products under the age of 16. Helmets and other protective gear set out in your owner’s manual are to be worn by the rider during all times when riding these vehicles. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that the bike has been configured safely and thoroughly checked before riding.

As a condition of purchase we reserve the right to email any specials offers, new products and any other relevant information that we believe will be of interest to you. We also respect your rights not to receive this communication. If you advise us once you make your initial purchase that you do not want to be contacted with these special offers, we will disable this functionality on the specified account.

Every new bicycle purchased from Wheelworx comes with our exclusive ‘’Wheelworx Lifetime Free Service.’’ Anytime your bicycle needs a service, a tune up, or just a quick adjustment, we will make those necessary adjustments for free as long as you own the bike. This does not transfer if you sell the bike. It only applies to the original owner. Our basic service usually costs €45, but that service will be conducted for free as often as you like.
The serial number of your bike is located on the bottom part of the frame between the pedals (bottom bracket). We strongly encourage you to take note of this and have it recorded.
