Our Refunds policy – Terms and Conditions
If you return a product unused and resalable, with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase ( or delivery where applicable) we will exchange the product or issue a refund based on the original method of payment. For purchases made by Debit/Credit card, the same card must be used to process the refund. Special order products must be paid for in full and cannot be refunded or replaced unless goods are proven faulty.
If you wish to return an item for exchange we are happy to do so within 30 days if the goods are unused, in resalable condition and undamaged condition. Where items are exchanged for a lesser value item the difference will be refunded as a gift voucher/ in store credit.
If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate, in accordance with your consumer rights.
