We partner with DPD courier services for fully trackable, next-day delivery throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. For most Dublin-based orders, we use our in-house courier service. Please note that deliveries can only be handed over to the person named on the order, unless you’ve given express permission for an alternative recipient or address via email.
We are unable to leave deliveries in wheelie bins, garages, or similar locations. All deliveries require a signature.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are attempted between 7 AM and 10 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). During peak periods such as Christmas or sales, deliveries may take a little longer. External factors beyond our control may also affect delivery times, but we will always work hard to keep any delays to a minimum.
Important Notice: Wheelworx cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels if specific delivery instructions are provided to the carrier.

We offer an in-store collection option on all orders, which differs from a standard Click & Collect service. At the checkout stage, you can select of three locations our as your collection point:
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This is not a collection confirmation; items may need to be transferred from our central warehouse and could take up to 5 working days to arrive at your selected store. If your item is out of stock, one of our team members will contact you with an expected collection date.
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an "Awaiting Pick-Up" email and a call from the store. Please bring a valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or student ID) along with your email receipt when collecting your order.
We also deliver to various European destinations via DPD couriers, with tracking numbers provided after your order is shipped. Delivery times and costs vary by location:

For international orders, any customs clearance surcharges must be paid by the customer. Wheelworx cannot refund these charges. This does not apply to orders shipped within Ireland.
We offer shipping outside of Europe! However, delivery costs and times vary depending on the size of your order and the weight of the package. If you return an unused and resalable product in its original condition with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase (or delivery, where applicable), we will be happy to exchange the product or issue a refund using the original method of payment. For purchases made via Debit/Credit card, the refund must be processed using the same card. Please note that special order products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty, and must be paid for in full.
We will gladly exchange items within 30 days, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. If you exchange for a product of lesser value, the difference will be refunded as a gift voucher or in-store credit.
If the product you purchased is faulty or not as described, we will offer a suitable solution such as an exchange, repair, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
Exclusions: This policy does not apply to bikes, which can only be exchanged. However, we offer a 30-day test ride guarantee for bicycles. To ensure you’ve chosen the right bike, you can cycle it for 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied during this period, simply return the bicycle in undamaged condition, and we will provide a full credit towards a new selection.
Online Purchasing
Returning an item bought online from Wheelworx is simple. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt, we will process a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding any shipping fees, to the original payment method used.
