When you buy a bike from us in the store or come to collect your Click & Collect order we will adjust your new bike to fit you.
This includes adjusting saddle height, saddle position and where possible adjusting the brake levers / gear shifters.
We will also adjust any accessories you have purchased with your bike where applicable.

The type of bike you have bought and the type of riding you have planned will affect how soon you need to book your free service.
However if you experience any issues at any time you should stop riding your bike and book your bike in for its free service immediately.

Avoid getting cold feet on your winter rides with our all-rounder cold weather overshoes. Made of a 3-layer laminate fabric with a waterproof PU coating and fully taped seams, the Winter Overshoes feature a fully waterproof construction. Inside, there’s a brushed fleece lining for added insulation. Designed to be pulled on before your shoes, the overshoes feature a velcro closure at the bottom for a stable, secure closure. The sole panel is reinforced with Kevlar for durability when walking around, while the natural stretch of the material creates a close fit that hugs the foot and eliminates flapping. Complete with signature Rapha styling, the overshoes are finished with a reflective logo and rear stripes for improved visibility in low light conditions.
