When you buy a bike from us in the store or come to collect your Click & Collect order we will adjust your new bike to fit you.
This includes adjusting saddle height, saddle position and where possible adjusting the brake levers / gear shifters.
We will also adjust any accessories you have purchased with your bike where applicable.

The free service is put in place to make sure the bike you have purchased is running correctly and to adjust out any cable stretch that happens to any new bike.
The type of bike you have bought and the type of riding you have planned will affect how soon you need to book your free service.
However if you experience any issues at any time you should stop riding your bike and book your bike in for its free service immediately.

The Fuel EX 8 GX AXS is an evolved trail bike, dialled for riders who chase down rowdy descents and want a bike that's happy to pedal back to the top and do it again. The lightweight alloy frame pairs with an upgraded electronic wireless 12-speed SRAM GX Eagle transmission, while a 150 mm FOX Rhythm fork cushions the blow from rocks and roots. In-frame storage and adjustable geometry give you all the perks that come with the carbon model, but without the lofty price tag. You want a full-suspension trail bike that floats over rough and technical terrain and packs in plusses, like a root-slaying FOX Rhythm fork and tubeless hoops. A light and stiff alloy frame with 150 mm FOX Rhythm fork with Float EVOL air spring and GRIP damper for small bump compliance, plus a FOX Performance Float X rear shock. SRAM's latest wireless GX Eagle AXS 12-speed transmission for snappy shifting and Tubeless-Ready Bontrager wheels. Plus, adjustable geometry that lets you take control of your set-up.
