Our team will walk your employees through how the scheme works — from tax savings to bike selection — and help them find the best setup for their commute.

Bike Health Check or On-Site Servicing

We’ll inspect and assess each bike for safety and performance, focusing on:

• Touchpoints & Safety Checks: Wheels, handlebars, saddle, and pedals — ensuring everything is tightened and torqued correctly.
• Wear & Tear Components: Tyres, rims, brake pads, discs, cables, chain, cassette, and chainrings.
• Internal Systems: We’ll look at the bottom bracket (crank rotation) and headset (steering) to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Every employee gets a free bike health check, and for those who want a little extra care, we can carry out on-site servicing for a small fee, covering adjustments, lubrication, and minor part replacements.

How to Keep Your Bike Safe

• Service regularly: Every 2,000–3,000km or every 4–6 months, depending on use.
• Inspect for wear and tear: Replace worn parts or bring it to your local bike shop if you’re unsure.
• Store smart: Keep your bike indoors when possible to extend its life.

• Stay on top of maintenance – regular servicing prevents small issues from becoming big problems.
• Tyre pressure matters: Adjust depending on conditions — slightly softer in winter improves grip, but don’t overdo it.
• Keep it clean: Wash with proper bike cleaners and dry it after to avoid rust.
• Chain care: Degrease and lubricate regularly, especially in wet conditions. Use weather-specific oils for best results.
