Here's a little on your host....

A very accomplished mountain runner and triathlete, Aisling made her debut for Ireland at Ultra running when running the Anglo Celtic PLate (Home Nations) 100km in Galway in 2009. In June 2010 she finished fourth in the same event in Boddington. She also claimed a top 30 European and top 40 World placing at the 2010 World and European Championships in Gibraltar in November, setting a PB of 9:09:19 at the event. In between her international competitions she won the Causeway Coast Ultra and the Motivate Challenge Duathlon in Ireland. Aisling is a sub 3 hour marathoner and won the 2008 European Mountain Running championships (W35). She has competed in numerous Ironman Distance Triathlons, the North Face UTMB and man international ultra marathons including winning a 6 day stage race in Cambodia.

You will need to register but places are free - we are asking that you make a once off contribution to charity of €10.00 to cover as many classes as you like - Proceeds will go to Down Syndrome Ireland. To register fill in this form.
