Turbo Session Pyramid Endurance

Session Duration 65-70 Mins approx

Warm up: 10 Mins easy gears @ 70% Heart rate 85-100 cadence

1 Min Left leg only medium gear

1 min easy

1 min right leg only medium gear

3 Mins easy

Heart rate at 75% throughout session increase or decrease cadence to hold heart rate stable

1 Min Small Ring front and easiest gear on the back

1 Min small Ring front shift up 1 gear on the rear

Repeat 1 min intervals shifting up one gear at a time to the last gear then reverse and shift back down one gear at a time increasing cadence and holding heart rate steady at 75%

1 Min Small Ring front and easiest gear on the back

1 Min small Ring front shift up 1 gear on the rear

Repeat 1 min intervals shifting up one gear at a time to the last gear then reverse and shift back down one gear at a time increasing cadence and holding heart rate steady at 75%

3 Mins easy

1 Min Left leg only medium gear

1 min easy

1 min right leg only medium gear

10 Mins cool down easy
