In this book I share some of the lessons I learnt between being a back-of-the-pack beginner to qualifying for the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.
I got kicked up and down the pool by Brendan and Kevin from Belpark this morning but I just keep telling myself that it’ll do me good…. A quick bit of breakfast and out for a bike/run session. I had some hard intervals scheduled on the bike and a short easy run afterwards. Both went really well. It feels like the body is recovering after the 2 Ironmans and starting to absorb the training load.
