Trek have just revamped their popular Marlin mountain bike range. Brand new upgraded and lighter frames, improved specification and price drops are just some of the highlights. Click on through for images, specs and full details..

The new Trek Marlin range is made up of both men’s and women’s models and there is three different specifications available. The men’s models are as follows.

Trek Marlin 5 Matte Black 2019

Marlin 5 is a trail-worthy daily rider that’s perfectly suited for everyday adventures, on and off the trail. A front suspension fork with 100 mm of travel, 21 speeds and mounts for a rack and kickstand make it an ideal choice for new trail riders or anyone looking for a comfortable, stable commuter with the ruggedness of a real mountain bike.

Highlights of the new bikes include a brand new frame. Internal cabling, fluid formed tubing offering a stronger, stiffer, lighter frame.

The Marlin 5 is available in two new colours, Matte black and Volt Green. Both have Treks new oversized logos on the down tube.

The Trek Marlin 6 comes in two colours, the Viper Red above and the Matte Trek Black with Green Logos below.

Upgrades over the Marlin 5 include:

  • Upgraded suspension fork with hydraulic lockout.
  • Shimano Altus 24 speed drivetrain.

The Trek Marlin 7 is what you might consider to be the first trail ready bikes of the Marlin range. Featuring a RockShox fork and upgraded drivetrain as some of the highlights.
