This diary isn’t designed to teach you everything about triathlon. Or to force you out the door when you really don’t want to train! This diary is meant to help you learn about you. By writing down what you did, how you felt or what you ate, you may see patterns emerge on your good days and key pointers in how to repeat those. We give you a skeleton of a page. You give it life by writing down what you feel is relevant. You’re probably the only one who will look at it so be honest with your entries. Don’t simply fill in hours trained, say how you felt also. This takes a bit of practice but you will gain valuable information from it.
